These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mosaic Snap: Photo Jigsaw mobile application ("App", "Game", "Service") developed and published by Trividhya Innovation (www.trividhya.com) ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mosaic Snap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. Description of Service

Mosaic Snap is a free, offline photo jigsaw puzzle game for Android devices. The App allows users to solve photo-based jigsaw puzzles across 100 stages, choose from 3 difficulty levels (Easy 5x5, Medium 6x6, Hard 7x7), customize the puzzle board with 9 table themes, earn daily hint rewards and milestone bonuses, and save/resume in-progress puzzles. The App operates entirely offline and does not require internet connectivity.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not constitute a sale of the App or any portion thereof.

4. Restrictions

You expressly agree NOT to: copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; extract, scrape, or reuse the photographic content, UI designs, SVG textures, or audio synthesis code; redistribute the App through unauthorized channels or third-party app stores; use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App; create derivative works based on the App; or attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to the game design, user interface, visual design, graphics, animations, SVG texture artwork, audio synthesis engine, procedurally generated sounds, software code, and all original creative elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Trividhya Innovation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of India and international treaties. The photographs used within puzzle stages are sourced from Unsplash under the Unsplash License.

6. User Content & Data

Mosaic Snap does not collect, store, process, or transmit any user-generated content, personal data, or usage telemetry. All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored exclusively on your local device. We have no access to, and bear no responsibility for, this locally stored data.

7. In-App Currency

The App features a virtual "hints" system earned through gameplay (daily login rewards and stage completion milestones). These virtual hints: have absolutely no real-world monetary value; cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for real currency; are stored locally on your device; may be permanently lost if you clear App data or uninstall the App; and do not constitute property rights of any kind.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR ACCURACY. TRIVIDHYA INNOVATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE APP ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIVIDHYA INNOVATION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, DEVICE DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH IS ZERO, AS THE APP IS FREE).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trividhya Innovation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: your use or misuse of the App; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your violation of any third-party rights; or any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through or in connection with the App.

11. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any consequences, damages, or losses that may result from your use of the App, including but not limited to any device issues, data loss, or eye strain from prolonged usage.

12. Force Majeure

Trividhya Innovation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, wars, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, internet failures, power outages, or any other force majeure events.

13. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update the App, modify its features, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend periodically reviewing these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App shall immediately cease. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

15. No Waiver

The failure of Trividhya Innovation to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Trividhya Innovation.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trividhya Innovation regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
