This Privacy Policy describes how Mosaic Snap: Photo Jigsaw ("we", "us", "our", or "the App"), developed and published by Trividhya Innovation (www.trividhya.com), handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Mosaic Snap operates entirely offline and does not require any account creation, login, or registration.

Specifically, Mosaic Snap does NOT collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, GPS coordinates, device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses, usage analytics, behavioral tracking data, photos, camera access, media files, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, financial or payment information, biometric data, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).

2. Data Storage

All game data (puzzle progress, settings, hint balance, daily reward streaks, theme preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using the browser's localStorage mechanism within the App's sandboxed WebView. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to any server or third party, is not backed up to any cloud service by the App, and can be permanently cleared by uninstalling the App or clearing app data through your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services

Mosaic Snap does not integrate any third-party services whatsoever, including but not limited to: analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.), advertising networks or ad SDKs (AdMob, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc.), social media SDKs or login providers, crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.), attribution or marketing platforms, push notification services, A/B testing frameworks, or any remote configuration services.

4. Advertising

Mosaic Snap does not display any advertisements. There are no banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, native ads, or any other form of advertising within the App.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Mosaic Snap does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction, including under 16 for GDPR). Since we do not collect any personal data from any user of any age, the App is inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K, and similar child protection regulations worldwide. The App is safe for users of all ages.

6. Permissions

Mosaic Snap requests minimal device permissions: Vibration - Used solely to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay (can be fully disabled in the App's settings menu). The App does NOT request or use: internet/network access, camera, microphone, storage read/write, contacts, location, phone state, or any other sensitive permissions.

7. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and absolutely no data is transmitted over the internet, your game data is protected by your device's own security measures (device encryption, screen lock, biometric authentication, etc.). Trividhya Innovation bears no responsibility for unauthorized access to your device by third parties.

8. International Data Transfers

Since Mosaic Snap does not collect, process, or transmit any user data, there are no international data transfers. The App is fully compliant with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), PIPA (South Korea), PDPA (Singapore/Thailand), and all other applicable data protection regulations globally.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, rectify, port, restrict, object to, or delete from our systems. You maintain complete control over all locally stored game data, which you can clear at any time by: using the "Reset Progress" option in the App's Settings menu, clearing the App's data through your device's Android Settings, or uninstalling the App entirely.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Trividhya Innovation, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device malfunction, or any claims by third parties. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification

By using the App, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trividhya Innovation and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the App or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
