The application including its source code, game design, user interface, visual design, audio synthesis engine, table theme artwork, SVG texture patterns, animations, and all original creative elements is the exclusive intellectual property of Trividhya Innovation, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international copyright treaties.

2. Trademarks

"Mosaic Snap", "Mosaic Snap: Photo Jigsaw", the Mosaic Snap logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of Trividhya Innovation. "Trividhya Innovation" and the Trividhya logo are registered trademarks. These may not be used, reproduced, or displayed without prior written permission from Trividhya Innovation.

3. Photographic Content

The 100 photographic images used as puzzle stages are sourced from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, which grants an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license for free commercial and non-commercial use. We gratefully acknowledge the talented photographers on Unsplash.

4. Audio Content

All audio effects and ambient music within Mosaic Snap are procedurally generated using the Web Audio API. No third-party audio files, samples, or copyrighted music recordings are used. All sounds are original synthesized content created by the Trividhya Innovation development team.

5. Typography

Outfit and Plus Jakarta Sans - both licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

6. Open-Source Libraries

Mosaic Snap is built with open-source technologies used in compliance with their respective licenses: React (MIT License), Vite (MIT License), Capacitor (MIT License), Motion/Framer Motion (MIT License), Canvas Confetti (ISC License), Tailwind CSS (MIT License).

7. DMCA & Copyright Concerns

If you believe that any content within Mosaic Snap infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at info@trividhya.com. Please include: a description of the copyrighted work, the location within the App, your contact information, a good faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.

8. Restrictions on Use

You may NOT: copy, reproduce, or distribute the App or any of its original components; extract, scrape, or reuse the game's UI design, SVG textures, or code; create derivative works based on the App's design or mechanics; use the Mosaic Snap or Trividhya Innovation brand, logo, or name for any unauthorized purpose; or claim ownership of any content created by Trividhya Innovation.

9. Enforcement

Trividhya Innovation actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any protected content may result in civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), Copyright Act, 1957 (India), and equivalent international laws.
